This notice reflects the current product: public provider information, server-rendered search, and an email-based correction path.
Public provider data
NPIFolio displays selected business and provider-identity information from public CMS NPPES data. It does not intentionally publish patient records or private clinical information.
Search and technical operations
Search terms are processed to return provider results. The hosting platform may process standard operational request information, such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and error logs, to keep the service secure and reliable.
Analytics and cookies
NPIFolio uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate page-view and fixed interaction-event measurement. Search query strings are removed before analytics transmission, custom events contain no provider names, NPIs, locations, or raw search text, and NPIFolio does not add an advertising tracker in this launch package.
Correction emails
If you email NPIFolio, the message and contact details are used to review and respond to the request. Do not include medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Changes
This notice will be updated before accounts, advertising, or other material data practices are introduced.
